Where do we deliver?
We deliver across the Mainland UK and all deliveries are FREE. Unfortunately we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, France, Shetland Islands, Orkney Islands, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight. Some specific postcodes in remote areas incur an additional cost.
How much will my delivery cost?
For UK Mainland orders delivery is FREE*

How will my item(s) be delivered?
All items are dispatched using a specialist furniture carrier, once the items have been delivered into them or collected by them they will contact you via email or phone to book the delivery in, so if you have been left a message or sent an email it is vital that you get back in touch with them to confirm the delivery.
To ensure the fastest possible delivery we have negotiated direct delivery from several of our major suppliers.
The day offered for delivery will be scheduled in line with the delivery areas of the carrier and the route plans for your postcode area. If you are not available on the first suggested date our carriers will happily offer delivery for the following week etc. Please accept our apologies if the carriers’ route is not on the most suitable day for you.
You will be given a 2-3 hour window on the day of the delivery and a further courtesy call between 30 – 60 mins prior to the delivery.
All items are delivered into your house, to the room of you choice so please make sure the route is clear of any obstacles. However, delivery is only guaranteed to within your front door. Carriers will not unwrap or assemble any items.
If you have purchased a large item it is your responsibility to make sure it will fit, if items are ordered and they do not fit and are returned for this reason there will be a charge for the delivery, admin and restocking.
If you have new carpets or soft flooring that can be scratched please make sure you have taken the relevant precautions by covering the floor to avoid any soiling or scratches as no liability will be taken by the couriers.
With larger or heavier items you may be required to assist the driver in unloading your items. Should this potentially be a problem please contact us to discuss our two man delivery service (at extra cost).
Please note that we can only deliver online orders to a permanent UK address.
How long will my delivery take?
Delivery time will vary depending on the items ordered. If an item has ‘In Stock’ delivery is usually within 2 weeks.
If an item is not available for dispatch at the time of your order we will contact you as soon as possible. If delivery time is a concern then please contact us.
For deliveries to excluded postcodes please add an extra two weeks to estimated delivery, however it may be sooner depending on carrier schedule.
Should I check the item when it is delivered?
Yes all items that are delivered should be checked firstly to make sure its the right item, secondly to make sure there is no damage to the item, if there are any problems they should be noted on the delivery docket when you sign for the goods, writing unchecked is not acceptable as once the couriers have left it will be impossible to to make a claim afterwards.
